Christian Business Code of Conduct

 At GCBN, we believe business is more than transactions — it’s a calling. We exist to glorify God through the way we serve, work, and treat others. Our code of conduct reflects the values we live by and the example we strive to set in every decision.

•   We acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and commit to reflecting His character in all our dealings. 
• We will seek His wisdom and guidance in our business practices, decisions, and relationships.

•   We will conduct business truthfully and transparently. 
• We will honor our commitments, deliver what we promise, and admit mistakes when they occur. 
• We will not compromise our ethics for profit or convenience.

•  We believe our work is an offering to God and will be carried out with diligence, skill, and care. 
• We will strive for excellence in everything we do, knowing that “whatever we do, we do it unto the Lord.” 

•  We recognize every person as created in the image of God. 
• We will treat clients, employees, suppliers, and the community with fairness, kindness, and respect. 
• We will stand against discrimination, exploitation, and unjust treatment.

•   We will use our resources — time, finances, materials, and relationships — wisely and responsibly. 
• We will care for creation and practice sustainability where possible. 
• We will seek opportunities to bless and uplift our community. 

•  We will serve others with humility and love, putting people before profit. 
• We will extend grace and generosity, reflecting Christ’s compassion. 
• We will contribute to causes that uplift society and advance God’s Kingdom. 

•  We welcome accountability from God, our colleagues, and our community. 
• We commit to continual growth, both professionally and spiritually. 
• We will remain open to correction, striving always to become more Christlike in how we work and live.

•   In times of disagreement, we will seek peace and reconciliation first. 
• We will follow Biblical principles of resolving conflict, with humility and grace.

•  This code of conduct is not just words — it is the heart of our business. We pledge to live it out daily, knowing that our ultimate measure of success is not just profit, but faithfulness to God and service to people.
