GCBN Code of Conduct

 The Global Christian Business Network (GCBN) exists to glorify God through ethical, Christ-centered business collaboration. This Code of Conduct establishes the spiritual, ethical, and professional standards expected of all members, partners, leaders, and affiliated organizations.

Our foundation is rooted in Scripture, including but not limited to:

• The Holy Bible 
• Proverbs 11:1 
• Colossians 3:23 
• Matthew 5:16 
• Micah 6:8 
• Ephesians 4:29

 All members shall:

1. Profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. 
2. Conduct business in alignment with Biblical principles. 
3. Uphold the authority and moral guidance of Scripture.
    

GCBN is a faith-based marketplace network and reserves the right to determine alignment with its Biblical standards.

 Members shall:

• Conduct business with honesty, transparency, and fairness. 
• Avoid deceptive practices, false representation, or misleading claims. 
• Honor contracts, agreements, and financial obligations. 
• Maintain accurate records and lawful financial reporting.
   

“Unequal scales are an abomination…” (Proverbs 11:1)

 Members are expected to:

• Deliver services and products with diligence and quality. 
• Act competently within their field of expertise. 
• Continually pursue growth, improvement, and excellence.
   

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart…” (Colossians 3:23)

 Members shall not:

• Engage in fraud, corruption, bribery, or unlawful activities. 
• Participate in exploitative labor practices. 
• Use the GCBN platform for unethical financial schemes. 

All business dealings must comply with applicable local and international laws.

 Members must:

• Treat all individuals with dignity and respect. 
• Avoid slander, gossip, defamation, or harmful speech. 
• Resolve disputes in a Biblical manner, seeking reconciliation before escalation. 
• Promote unity within the Body of Christ.
   

“Let your light shine before others…” (Matthew 5:16)

 Members acknowledge that business is stewardship entrusted by God and shall:

• Manage finances responsibly. 
• Avoid wasteful or reckless practices. 
• Give generously and support Kingdom initiatives where possible.
• Use resources — time, finances, materials, and relationships — wisely and responsibly. 
• Understand this is a long term commitment to expanding Gods kingdom through this initiative and our membership.
• Care for creation and practice sustainability where possible. 
• Seek opportunities to bless and uplift communities and those less fortunate. 
• Use networks to encourage  participation through fellow Christians and Christian owned businesses in expanding this platform.

Endeavor to do business and promote Christian owned services to ensure Finances stay within the body of Christ and do not enrich worldly initiatives and businesses glorifying false gods and doctrines.
 

 Members shall:

• Represent GCBN in a manner that honors Christ. 
• Avoid using the network’s name for personal gain beyond agreed marketing purposes. 
• Refrain from conduct that may bring reputational harm to the network.

 In cases of dispute:

1. Members should first seek direct reconciliation. 
2. If unresolved, mediation may be facilitated by GCBN leadership. 
3. Persistent violations may result in suspension or removal.
    

Biblical conflict principles shall guide the process (Matthew 18:15–17).

 Failure to comply with this Code may result in:

• Formal warning 
• Suspension 
• Removal of membership 
• Public dissociation where necessary to protect the integrity of the network
   

GCBN leadership retains final authority in disciplinary matters.

 By joining the Global Christian Business Network, members affirm that:

• They have read and understood this Code of Conduct. 
• They agree to uphold these Biblical standards. 
• They will conduct themselves in a manner worthy of the Gospel in both private and public business dealings.
• Committed to expanding and supporting the GCBN network
